AdQuell 0.1.0 is an early Chromium release. These steps solve the most common issues.

A website looks broken

Open the AdQuell toolbar popup, pause protection for that website, and reload the page. You can remove the exception later in Settings → Allowed websites.

An advertisement was not removed

Websites frequently change their markup and delivery systems. Add the advertising domain or a cosmetic CSS selector under Settings → Custom filters. First-party video advertisements are not claimed as supported in version 0.1.0.

Reset the extension

Export any settings you want to keep, remove AdQuell from your browser, and install it again from the official store listing. Aggregate statistics can be reset without reinstalling.

Report an issue

The public support contact will appear on the official Chrome Web Store listing before release. Do not send browsing history, passwords, payment information, or private page content with a report.
